A new excerpt from my next novel: Dreamliner
“Tell me about the château. Has it been always yours?” She asked him, cutting her crêpe.
“It’s no longer mine, Loulou. Since we are married, it’s ours – mine and yours.” Roger smiled.
“So which part is mine?”
“Well – rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, balcony and so on.”
Loulou gazed at him squinting the eyes. “And yours?”
“Mine is the lower. Just cellar.”
“And who determined such a distribution?”
“Me.” Roger grinned.
“Tonight you’ll write an appendix and change it, honey.”
Roger lowered his head.”You will have to convince me, ma chérie. And do I need to tell you I’ll be inflexible?”
Loulou laughed. “You’re always inflexible with me, Monsieur.”
